Description

Responsibilities:

  • To carry out all Parts Department duties in a safe, courteous and efficient manner
  • To identify all Customers’ Parts requirements, Retail, Fleet and Internal Workshop are dealt witquickly and efficiently
  • To select Parts items accurately at all times, process and dispatch as required
  • To handle all Parts, Materials and Equipment with due care and attention at all times
  • To ensure that all Parts are Invoiced to Customers or Booked to the appropriate Job Card in line withthe relevant SWTV Parts Discount Matrix.
  • To participate in all Parts Stocktaking activities as required by the Company
  •  Ensure the Parts Department is kept clean and tidy at all times
  •  To liaise with all SWTV Departments as required in support of the Parts Operation
  •  To book all Parts out of stock in an efficient and accurate manner at all times
  •  To complete all Parts Documentation diligently
  •  To be prepared to work at any SWTV location on a temporary basis as required
  •  To document and correctly store Warranty, Contract Maintenance & Surcharged Parts returns
  •  To prepare Warranty, Contract Maintenance & Surcharged Parts returns in accordance with the Manufactures returns process
  •  To receive goods into the Parts Warehouse and ensure accuracy against all supplier documentation
  • Check and Report any Damaged Goods received in line with the Companies Policies & Procedures
  • To assist with the allocation and storage of all Parts Stock into the correct locations within the Parts Warehouse
  •  To ensure that all Supplier Returns are documented and returned in a timely manner
  •  Ensure all SWTV Administrative Processes & Procedures are followed and adhered to
  •  Embrace any additional duties and responsibilities as reasonably requested
  •  Follow all Employee Handbook Guidelines, Health & Safety Policies and Compliance Governance
  •  Attend all relevant Training Courses as requested

  • The ability to liaise with Customers, Suppliers, Manufacturer Representatives and all Internal Staff at all levels in a courteous and considerate manner
  • A methodical approach to the prioritisation of tasks with logical problem-solving skills
