New Sales Director For Guest and Sherwood

Guest and Sherwood Truck and Van have appointed a new retail sales director for its leading IVECO franchise. 

Nick Pemberton joins the company working from our South Normanton, Derbyshire branch, where he will develop the retail sales division across the whole range of the manufacturer’s award-winning vehicles. 

Previously Nick has worked for IVECO at its head office in Basildon and prior to that in commercial vehicle dealers across the country, latterly in the south east. But the Sheffield born-and-bred Director decided he wanted to base himself in the north again. 

He said the move to the Guest Sherwood Group gave him the opportunity to continue his career with a company that is the largest IVECO dealer in the UK and one of the largest in Europe, yet still maintains a “family business” feel. 

“I didn’t have to think twice when I was approached about joining the company,” he said. “It has the ideal combination of being a large and forward-thinking business but it understands the importance of offering the personal touch, knowing your customers’ requirements and meeting their expectations. 

“I’m looking forward to meeting our existing customers and introducing the IVECO brand to new clients.” 

Speaking about the aftersales elements of the business he said: “It is important that vehicles are managed within a franchised dealership as they are sophisticated machines that require specialist technicians to look after them. This ensures they are safe and running to their best performance fulfilling all operator demands. Guest and Sherwood provide the complete package in sales, management and maintenance.”
